| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Develops promotions for the Players Club on a continual basis. Observes and improves customer service techniques throughout the casino. Responsible for recording keeping of all events. Ensures events comply with Gaming Policies. Resolves all issues or requests from customers. Develops budget and ensures department is running to projections and expenses. Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Communicates guest service standards to guests. Creates an environment that compliments service. Develops techniques for reinforcing guest relations. Develops ongoing customer service training to Players Club staff. Ensures the appropriate welcoming of groups brought in by bussing or marketing as they arrive at the casino and helps them through the Players Club environment. Creates staff work schedules. Updates department policies and procedures. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Performs other duties as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. Minimum 2 year experience in Casino’s and or Slot clubs. Responsible for supporting the Slot Manager with daily operations. This includes but is not limited to: currency accountability, Team Member development and training, staffing and scheduling, the enforcement of all internal policies, procedures and regulations, and supporting the daily internal workings of the department. Acts as the Slot Manager in his/her absence. Protects company assets. Reports directly to and will perform all additional duties assigned by the Slot Manager. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
