| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Distributes Player’s Club membership forms to customers at Player’s Club counter, and assists customers in completing same. Maintains a working knowledge of the Player’s Club in order to effectively explain to customers. Provides smooth, courteous and efficient service to customers. Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events, in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible. Assists Shift Managers and Casino Hosts, as needed, with Player’s Club related matters. Resolves minor customer conflicts, which relate to Player’s Club. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. Minimum 2 year experience in Casino’s and or Slot clubs. Responsible for actively monitoring and providing guest services. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
