| Job Duties: | It is the primary responsibility of the Director of Cage Operations to oversee the daily operations of the Main Cage areas, High Limit Table Games, High Limit Slot. Must be able to handle extensive supervisory responsibilities and to supervise all persons and activities within the cage. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures. Manages assigned operational functions consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department, the division and property. To secure and protect the assets of Best Sunshine. Manages and monitors department expenses regarding daily operations and payroll. Manages the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 4 years high volume/large casino Cage operational & administrative experience with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working at a Cage managerial level (or an equivalent combination of education & experience), preferably in Asia. High school diploma or above. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Cantonese language skills preferred. Has thorough knowledge and compliance of AML programs. Experience with the VIP premium & Junket commission based programs and casino proprietary systems preferred. Must be able to secure a Saipan-CNMI gaming license. |
