| Job Duties: | It is the primary responsibility of the Vice President of Table Games to provide strategic leadership and direction for Table Games. Ensures all activities performed within the reporting business units are in accordance with the company's strategic business objectives, budget guidelines, mission statement, and service standards. Develops and implements strategic plan and vision for the division consistent with the Company's strategic vision. Provides leadership in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations, and strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability. Provides leadership and direction in the development, execution and measurement of guest service standards. Collaborate with Casino Marketing to ensure casino events maximize customer satisfaction and drive incremental revenue. Establishes accountability processes for division; ensures compliance with the company's policies and legal requirements. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least 10 years of previous senior management experience in a major hotel/casino, resort or similar environment (with minimum 250 table games), preferably in Asia. High school diploma or above (preferably certification in Gaming Management). Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Thorough knowledge of and compliance of AML programs (preferably ACAMS certified). Experience with VIP Premium and Junket commission based programs and casino proprietary systems. Must be able to secure a Saipan-CNMI gaming license. |
