Job Title: | Air Conditioning Mechanic |
Job Duties: | To maintain, repair and install all air-conditioning and refrigerating equipments and all ventilating equipments of the hotel. To assist in engineering daily operation and attend to any job request pertaining to electrical, plumbing, electronics and various mechanical jobs. To assist to other section where their assistance is crucial. To assist in setting up requirements for F&B or any hotel functions. Such requirements must not be confined to stages and backdrop set up but any other decorations requested as long as that job are within his legal duties. To perform other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must be at least a High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Trade school graduate in air-conditioning and refrigeration or any electrical or electronic course is preferable. Must have 2 years experience in the operation, maintenance, repair and installation of centralized air-conditioning, reach-in & walk-in refrigerators, ice makers, exhaust and fresh air ventilating equipments. Must know how to use or to operate gauge manifold, system vacuum and analyser welding and brazing equipments, refrigerant recovery machine, all electrical testing instruments such as ammeter, voltmeter, any multi meter, etc., Must know how to read, analyze electrical diagram and troubleshoot electrical control problems. Fluency in English language is preferable. Must have an EPA license in handling refrigerants. Must be a flexible and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder preferred. |
