| Job Duties: | 1.Liaison with the Employer, Subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to define the scope of work for the Project. 2.Prepare technical proposal and assist the Business Development Department to define the budget for the Project. 3.Development, implement and improve the method statement. 4.Provide necessary support to cost estimation. 5.Organize technical trainings for labors. 6.Resolve technical problems during construction. 7.Technical documents archiving. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a construction-related field such as civil engineering,. 2.Minimum five years’ experience in construction companies; experience as Chief Engineer preferred. 3.Certified engineer or equivalent with good knowledge of technical expertise. 4.Must be fluent in computer skills including but not limited to office, AutoCAD and other engineering software to meet the need of the Project. 5.Equipped with the technical specifications, standards and knowledge of own field. 6.Fluency in Chinese preferred. 7.Salary is commensurate with experience. |
