Job Title: | Slot Technician (Trainee) |
Job Duties: | Applicant will be trained for a period of not less than 90 days; earning the trainee wage of $6.05 hourly; which will include some training in a classroom setting as well as on-the-job training in a live gaming environment. Training and certification will focus upon individual areas of expertise. Applicant must successfully achieve certification in each area of expertise before being considered to have successfully completed training. Upon successful completion of the training, if qualified, the applicant may be promoted to a Slot Technician position and receive the Slot Technician hourly rate of $10.00. Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Responsible for assisting in daily operations of service, repair and maintenance support. This includes but is not limited to: equipment repair, systems maintenance, and participation in servicing the guests alongside the operations team. Reports directly to the Lead Technician and indirectly to the Slot Shift Manager or Shift Supervisor in the Slot Manager’s absence and will perform all additional duties assigned by respective Management staff. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. Responsible for the technical and physical movement of machines as assigned by the Director. Responsible for the ordering and replacing of slot machine parts and equipment. Protects company assets. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
