| Job Duties: | Applicant will be trained for a period of not less than 30 days; earning the trainee wage of $6.05 hourly; which will include some training in a classroom setting as well as on-the-job training in a live gaming environment. Upon successful completion of the training, if qualified, the applicant may be promoted to a Slot Club/Host Representative position and receive the Slot Representative hourly rate of $7.50. Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Distributes Player’s Club membership forms to customers at Player’s Club counter, and assists customers in completing same. Maintains a working knowledge of the Player’s Club in order to effectively explain to customers. Provides smooth, courteous and efficient service to customers. Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events, in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible. Assists Shift Managers and Casino Hosts, as needed, with Player’s Club related matters. Resolves minor customer conflicts, which relate to Player’s Club. |
