| Job Title: | Slot Shift Manager |
| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. The Slot Shift Manager must provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all internal and external customers. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of the Company's corporate values. Supervise dealers and supervisors while and monitor the overall integrity of the operation. Responsible for providing and maintaining Leadership, Integrity and Management of daily slot operations on a shift level. This includes but is not limited to: Slot Department asset accountability; Team member development and training; staffing and scheduling; enforcement of all internal policies, procedures and regulations; Supporting the daily internal workings of the department. Monitors and controls daily compliance of Title 31 and all pertinent gaming requirements as they apply to the Slot Department. Assists the Slot Manager in evaluating Slot Team members and daily administration of Slot personnel records and discipline. Protects company assets. Reports directly to and will perform all additional duties assigned by the Director and/or Slot Operations Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | One to Two(1-2) years at Slot Supervisor level or above is required. High school graduate or equivalent. Must be fluent in English. Preferably has the ability to communicate in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus but not required. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
