| Job Duties: | Creating and refining renewable fuels such as clean biodiesel. Modifying, repairing, retrofitting, and maintaining generators for clean biodiesel use. Designing, fabricating,and machining stainless steel parts for retro-fitting of generators. Designing and perform processes and schedules to fully maintain generators and fuel supply. Researching, and independently discerning the viability of each fuel type from suppliers on and off island. Producing clean biodiesel. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Four years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers with Drinking Water Company in engineer technical staff. Knowledge and Experience wit CAD design software. Mechanical knowledge and experience with fully repairing and modify diesel engines. Knowledge and Experience with renewable energy design, instillation, processing of fuels, and operation of large engines. Chemistry knowledge for refining of renewable fuels including multi-stage filtrations,mixtures, and safe handling and storage. Knowledge of all renewable liquid fuel type viability in terms of performance, wear and tear to machines, and environmental cleanliness compared to diesel. Experience with refining and creating renewable fuels such as biodiesel. |
