| Job Duties: | Learns to perform the various tasks associated with the maintenance and operation of a water distribution system.Learn the proper use of tools and equipment required to perform the job. Under direction, follows established policies and procedures in repair of equipment to ensure proper working order.Shall perform his duties and responsibilities including training of resident worker. Plumbing, wiring and install equipment and fixtures.Repairs and maintains in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manual and manufacturers specifications machinery, mechanical equipment and electrical devices.Observe and mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sound to locate causes of trouble.Prepare daily work schedule of routine and or maintenance.Maintain cleanliness, safety and occupational HAZARD in the working areas.Plan and estimate material needed for install, repair and or replace.Deliver parts, equipment and chemicals to assigned places.Performs other duties assigned.Available for emergency response, 24 hours/day,seven days/week.Works under immediate supervision. |
