| Job Duties: | The job involves the preparation of the monthly financial statements of all parishes for submission to the Apostolic Administrator/Parishes Finance Council. He/She could be able to read and analyze financial statements. The job also involves data entry to compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. He/She could be able to operate computers programs with Accounting software to record, store and analyze information to obtain primary financial data for use in generating accounting reports. Could be able to compile statistical, financial accounting reports. Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statements; monthly and year-end analyses and schedules of all Balance Sheet accounts and prepares adjusting journal entries for any noted adjustments. Maintains file and records of all Parishes assets, monitor movements and prepares monthly depreciation schedules; prepares vouchers payable, data entry of vouchers; prepares vendors reconciliation and the necessary entry of adjustments on the reconciliation made. Perform Other duties that my immediate superior may assign from time to time |
