Job Title: Chef (Chef de Partie)
Job Duties: Will be responsible for the creation of high quality dishes in his/her role as part of the kitchen team. Will be responsible for the production and delivery of pastry and baking goods for the Hotel and Restaurant. Includes the following but not limited to:  Oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in the restaurant and outlets.  Assist the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.  Prepare and provide oversight to general pastry and baking goods production and delivery for the restaurant and outlets.  Creatively provide input to Head Chef for pastry and dessert menu and follow through of execution as per company standards.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of experience required as a Chef. Culinary degree preferred by not required. Have knowledge of pastry techniques and principles. Have knowledge of cake decorating, demonstrate creativity and menu development abilities, and able to follow and execute recipes consistently. Full understanding of licensing responsibilities and environmental health standards. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time. Food Handler Certified.
