| Job Duties: | Proactively provide excellent customer service at every moment to always improve and maintain our reputation. Positively motivate salesmen by demonstrating and patiently reminding them of proper sales techniques and customer service skills. Constantly bring in new business and build the trust of existing customers. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Instruct all sales representatives and remind them daily of expectations and protocol. Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and implement sales and service programs. Provide well written and organized sales reports and sales proposals using MS word and excel. Update operational records and reports to project sales and provide reporting to salesmen. Respond to daily sales and work with sales representatives to reach monthly quotas. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Daily direct and coordinate scheduling and routing for each salesman. Make adjustments per absences. Educate prospects and advise customers when purchasing. |
