Job Duties: | 1. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. 2. Report employee's performance and evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. 3. Assist to determine price schedules and discount rates. 4. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. 5. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. 6. Assist in preparation of payrolls and company's monthly payables. 7. Collect sales income and do bank deposits. 8. Prepare and report daily sales of the company to the owner. |

Qualification Requirements: | - Must be able to assist in general operation of the store. - Can communicate well with various customers, preferably knowledgeable in speaking Japanese Language. - Must be able to supervise sales efforts to achieve and exceed sales goals. - Hardworking, trusthworthy and willing to work in flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. - Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a surf industry and managerial position. |
