| Job Duties: | Assist the Store Manager with managing the day-to-day operations; following Company policies and procedures; ensuring that sales, and customer service targets are met. Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws. Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures. Organize and distribute staff schedules. Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets. Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock. Resolve any customer complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. Analyze sales statistics. Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services. Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits. Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff. Perform other related duties as required or as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least High School Graduate. At least a few months to one (01) year of related supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment. Must have the knowledge and computer skills to handle the POS register and other operations and communication systems. Able to communicate clearly. Ability to speak Chinese, Korean or Japanese language is preferred. Possesses excellent customer service skills. Must be able to efficiently evaluate and motivate sales staff performance and can develop strategies for meeting sales goals. Able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. |
