| Qualification Requirements: | •AS Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and/or Aeronautical Engineering. Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. Preferably with two years experience on Airframe and Power Plant maintenance; Have work experience on both narrow and wide-body aircraft. Must be skilled in use of specialized aircraft testing equipment and hold current U.S. FAA and A&P License or an equivalent foreign license. Has at least 2 years leadership experience in similar field of work, * Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays, * Valid US driver's license (revoked, suspended or expired are not considered valid), * Must pass a pre-placement physical examination and DOT drug screen required, * Must be able to pass a 10-year security background check & a finger-print based Criminal History Records Check required, * Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification, * Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position |
