Job Duties: | Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities such as complaints received or investigation results.File compliance and regulatory reports as required by the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission and the appropriate Federal Agencies.Conduct or direct internal investigation of compliance issues.Report all violations of compliance or regulatory standards to the TCGCC and proper Federal Agencies.Disseminate and conduct training for pertinent staff concerning policies and procedures related to compliance and regulatory requirements.Verify and monitor all firms and regulatory policies and procedures that must be documented, implemented and communicated.Conduct internal audits of appropriate departments and then evaluate the information collected to determine compliance. If not compliant, implement corrective action to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor establishment activities to ensure adherence to all state gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. See more occupations related to this task.
