| Job Duties: | Responsible for actively securing the organization's long-term financial growth by setting and implementing strategic goals for the company. Ensure business growth through directing and managing international business development activities. Monitor and Oversee Financial Management of the department (strategic/business plan development). Managing department staffs by overseeing daily operations including the Macau Office. Develop, plan and deliver programs and services by formulating marketing strategies to meet and support on international business development objectives. Organizes FAM group visit for business partners for site inspection and facilities. Coordinate work between casino, hotel, VIP services and operators. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field, with excellent communication skills. At least 2-4 or more years of experience in marketing and business development fields, including marketing and planning execution. Experience in gaming/casino marketing planning, organizing, strategy development and implementation. Preferably able to speak, read and write English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Chinese). Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
