| Job Duties: | Basic duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following: -Supervise, manage and coordinate activities of wholesale business of the company. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications. Maintain customer records, using automated systems. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients. Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing. Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Prepare invoices and collect payments from the customers. Check inventory stock and request for reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Performs other related duties as assigned by Management. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have an excellent knowledge in selling and introduce Chinese and Thailand products. Must be responsible in managing the day to day sales. Must have an excellent strategy to attract customers to buy the products. Should be able to trouble shoot problem should arise with the customers. Able to work independently, accurately and handle pressure in meeting strick deadlines. Can work flexible schedule. Must have a minimum of 1 years work related experience in wholesaling business. College graduate preferred or equivalent and preferably can communicate with basic Chinese language. |
