| Job Duties: | Read and analyze Financial Statements in behalf of the Bishop/Apostolic Administrator. Job involves analyzing of each and every accounting transactions. Invoicing and recording of all transaction data to each individual accounting system module. Reconcile accounts payable against vendors statement of accounts. Prepares monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements. Prepares Diocesan month Financial Statements. Prepares monthly and quarterly Employer's Withholding Tax Return. Prepares annual reconciliation of Salaries & Taxes withheld for submission to IRS and Revenue & Taxation. Prepares annual budget for the Diocese; and any other duties that my immediate superior may assign from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting, Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers.
