| Job Duties: | Directs and supervise sales activities of the establishment. Directs, staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Coordinates sales contribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, goals and advises dealers client concerning sales. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets. Conduct field activity to identify sales prospects and contacts. Prepare paper works for ordering of •Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Develop and maintain sales materials and current products knowledge. Prepare variety of status reports, including activity, closing , follow up and adherence to goal. Supervise the inventory checking regarding expiration and to ensure that it is correctly priced. Develop and suggest special sales activities to reduce stock. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting or firing workers when appropriate. Enforce safety, health, and security rules .Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. |

| Qualification Requirements: | College Diploma with Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & marketing with at least 1-2 years continued experience as Sales Operation Manager for wholesale company. Must have extensive knowledge of principle and methods on consumer products, sales & promotional planning, inventory & budget control and product importation. Must have the ability to handle overall operations of wholesale business. Proficiency in Microsoft Word programs & wholesale software system is a must. Must be available to work anytime needed. |
