| Job Duties: | Bake, roast, broil, barbeques and steam meats, fish, vegetable and other foods. Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience to meet the acceptable standards of the resort restaurant. Prepare food for cooking and consumption. Inspect and clean preparation areas. Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature. Cooking and preparing international cuisines. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum six months to a year work experience. Knowledge in cooking and preparing International Cuisines. Knowledge in fine dining restaurant/teppanyaki/sushi preparation. Must be able to work flexible hours and early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more of food objects and kitchen equipment. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required. Must have Food Handler certificate issued by Depart. Of Public Health-Bureau of Environmental Health (BEH). |
