| Job Duties: | Make reservations for use of sports, fishing, water sports such as skiing, diving, and snorkeling.Provide information about areas or interests to customers such as beaches, fishing spots, and other coastal tour areas.Provide direction for guests.Arrange for translators when patrons requires such service.Provide business services to guests such as sending or receiving of shipping parcels.Plans special events, activities or meeting which may include booking local musicians, cultural events, festivities.Monitor licenses, certifications and permits to ensure that they are current as applicable to tours activities and other events.Prepare safety checklist before and after each trip.Inform customers of essential information such as cast, take-off time, place and/or changes to confirmed reservations.Arrange to meet request for special accommodations.Arrange for requests made by patrons including meals, photography and others.Perform other related duties as assigned. |
