| Job Duties: | Respond to and resolve customers' complaints.Inspect machines and meters to determine causes of malfunctions and repair problems.Record the specifics of malfunctioning machines and document malfunctions needing repair.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.Disassemble entertainment equipment and repair or replace loose, worn, or defective components and wiring, using hand tools and soldering irons.Install, service, and repair electronic equipment or instruments such as televisions, radios, and videocassette recorders. | Qualification Requirements: | High school graduation, age 21 or above, able to lift 50 pounds weight, and have had 1 year work experience in repair and maintenance of electronic game equipment and, able to work flexible hours including night shifts and, able to be licensed by the Tinian Casino Gaming Commission.
