Job Duties: | Coordinate and supervise all aspects of teller operations within the branch and ensuring the daily activities of the tellers are performed in a timely, accurate and courteous manner; Supervise teller staff, assisting in the coaching, training and the development of teller; Assist tellers in solving member problems, serving as an operational reference; Aid tellers with balancing problems; Order and maintain vault cash; Schedule work hours and breaks for all teller personnel; Ability to step in for the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager; Make exceptions to policy as appropriate and within authority; Refer and cross-sell bank products and services, meet or exceed sales goals; Review requirements for all new accounts opening; Access, analyze and originate Electronic payments; Accurate completion of required audit logs; Adhere to help enforce all security procedures as well as other departmental policies and procedures; Audit cash drawers, account files on a regular basis according to policy; Investigate teller losses and institute a corrective flow of work; Research and resolve customers' questions, problems, and concerns by telephone, written correspondence or in person; Responsible for maintenance and security of all negotiable instruments housed in the branch; Complete monthly reports to be given to management; Assist branch management with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must be college graduate preferably with accounting background. Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of banking; Proficient in Microsoft office applications; Knowledgeable in Electronic Money Transfer and ACH Payment Processing; Strong attention to details and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multifunctional skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Understand and adhere to bank security policies and procedures; Work well with others and excellent customer service skills. |
