| Job Duties: | Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing bases=d systems; Make recommendations on custom applications which include a number of MS-Access data capture systems for and other databases which need to be moved into a central SQL repository; Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes; Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of in-house system; Coordinate application development for multiple projects; Analyzed data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions; Provides assistance to users in the effective use of applications and information technology; Provide SQL administration in live and test environments; Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations and user guide; Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications; Verify database and data integrity; Initiate and participate in meetings to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a scheduled basis. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; At least a minimum of 5 years experience in banking hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals; Broad knowledge and experience with a variety of computer systems and technologies with emphasis on Clipper 5.0, VB.net, Visual Basic, VFP, Php Strong SQL, PLSQL script skills; Strong skills in database administration with emphasis on DNS, RAID, volume management, ASM and RAC cluster technology, Windows server (email, data, SQL, IIS), routers (CISCO, D-link), firewall, network/internet security (anti-virus, spam, QOS); Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to develop, implement standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes; Self motivated and able to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities; Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities; Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. |
