Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Job Duties: Responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards in all food preparation area. Ensures proper maintenance and sanitation of all F&B service and Kitchen equipment. Responsible as F&B property custodian. Ensuring maximum satisfaction and decreased departmental expenses in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures. Good communications skills, both verbal and written. Perform and assign helper/steward to such activities as dishwashing, silver cleaning, mopping floor and all other equipment. Implement given daily, weekly and monthly checklist for cleaning routine. Inspects kitchen, workrooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Observes and evaluates helper/steward performance to devised methods for improving efficiency and watch against theft and wastage. Sets and provide necessary equipment and supplies for outlets buffet and kitchen's stations as per required established standards. Provide and supply required operating equipment and utensils of all kitchen sections at all times. Make and keep record of all breakage reported and submit monthly record to the Chef. Collects all general and food & beverage requisitions of all section. Reads, understand and implement any event order for banquet or special functions. Performs basic computer skills. To perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a High School graduate. A few months to 1yr. Experience in Food and Beverage Kitchen and Outlet Chief Stewards or related field. Must be flexible and a definite Team Player. Must be a U.S. Citizen and or a Green Card holder.
