Cut, trim, bone, tine, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepared meat in cooking form. Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat meat quality. Operate meat cutting and grinding machines and all other related equipment.Maintain excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness in working area. Estimate requirements and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories. |
