| Job Duties: | The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing excellent guest service when assisting Slot/Table members of Best Sunshine/Grand Mariana Club. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Best Sunshine Live’s Policies, practices and procedure. Communicates the benefits of the Players Club to guests. Issues new club memberships in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. Assists existing members with Players Club services. Distributes promotional coupons to drive additional business to the club. Redeems benefits that guests have earned on their Players Cards. Introduce and encourage player’s club members to participate on going promotions and offers. Handle telephone inquiry and limousine reservation. Execute casino promotion assigned by Players Club supervisor/manager. Provide smooth, courteous and efficient service to customer. Maintain a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming promotions and special event, in order to advise customer and fellow employee of same, whenever possible. Resolves minor customer conflicts, and collect feedback from customers. Provide a service or assistance to meet the needs of a guest, client or customer. Comply with policies and procedures of the department or section in order to complete service satisfactorily. Possess skills to expedite clerical processing, perform a service, evaluate information, and take action based upon information to complete a task or assignment or activity. Attends and develops in all training sessions offered by Best Sunshine International. Performs any other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Skills and abilities are required through the completion of a high school degree or equivalent, with good communication skills. 1-2 years’ experience in Casino, Players Club and Casino Marketing experience is preferred. Experience in handling VIP players is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand and the Company. Must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company's service and operational culture. Must be able to stand for long period of time and work in an environment. Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends/public holiday and overnight. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Able communicate with customer in English, ability to communicate with guests in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin is preferred. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
