| Job Duties: | Slot Attendant • Will Train. • Responsible to proactively seek interaction with slot customer for purpose of building positive business relationships. • Trouble shoot and assist guest with their slot machines issues and perform minor gaming machine malfunctions • Reporting any machine operational or technical issues to appropriate technical support personal. • Ability to accurately explain various game combinations payouts and jackpots Slot Cashier • Will Train. • Must provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all customers. Process all slot cashier transaction on a shift basis actually and efficiently. • Must be able to perform slot cashier operations, including and providing cashier services to players. Familiar with handling cash. • Must perform various financial and accounting operations in support of Slot operations and financial reporting. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Slot Attendant High School Diploma or equivalent, with 12 months of previous successful work-related experience with Guest Services. Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Good command of verbal and written English, second language preferred; Chinese, Korean or Japanese. Slot Cashier High School Diploma or equivalent, with good communication skills. Minimum of 1 year experience in handling money. Must be fluent in English, second language preferable. Must be able to work in various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Able to stand for long period of time. MUST BE ABLE TO SECURE A CNMI GAMING LICENSE. |
