| Job Duties: | Landscaping, maintaining all plants, including indoor plants. Transplanting and selection of landscaping subcontractors and project management. Cleaning exterior and outdoor areas of the hotel. Trash collection from all facilities and selecting supervising related refuse collection subcontractors and contracts (including industrial waste). Supporting all functions (such as tents, posting promotional material, fireworks, etc.). Requesting purchases of material necessary for landscaping and managing incoming and outgoing inventory. Receiving, storing and managing landscaping chemicals. Negotiating, managing and monitoring any landscaping related subcontractor agreements. Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management. |
