| Job Duties: | Operate electronic cash registers with scanners and PLU inputs. Accurate cash and credit card transacting, and able to validate checks and accept and process credit card payments. Must be able to legally transact alcoholic and tobacco products, able to multitask during light hours to assist in merchandising and other related duties. Must be able to accept responsibility of handling age restricted products and payments that are federally regulated against fraud and abuse without supervision. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploman, Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. Prefer experience in operating cash registers, with experience in handling age restricted products, food stamps, WIC vouchers, checks and credit cards. Must have good mathematical aptitude to handle multiple payment methods and split sales. Must demonstrate ability to converse and relate to customers needs. Police clearance and former employer references are required upon selection. |
