Job Title: Player's Club Representative
Job Duties: Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensure efficient operations. Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner. Explains the Loyalty program in detail. Effectively markets the Players Club program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members. Evaluates members’ play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines. Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System Maintains general knowledge of the property as well as slot floor layout, mix, etc. Inputs all player information into the database system. Tracking and issuing player cards for new and existing accounts. Complies with all company regulations and policies. Performs all other job related duties as requested. Redeem points from accounts for patrons for cash or prizes Authorizes food, beverage and entertainment complimentary product. Assisting with weekly and large scale slot tournaments, including registration. Greeting busses requiring the explanation of the casino, handing out of coupon books and handling special coupons, and any other business. Coordinating promotions and events. Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees. Assist when needed with Promotions & Special Events setup/teardown, executions and announcing. Collaborates with VIP teams to cater to specific VIP players upon arrival. Answers phone and responds to any guest related questions for casino. Handles all guest complaints in Casino. Provide daily reports on all casino activities including headcount. Provide transportation connection and scheduling for all casino guests to Hotels.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: At least one (1) year of customer or guest service experience. At least 21 years of age. Possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to effectively communication in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred: Bilingual speakers (Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean). Previous experience working in a face-to-face guest service position. Previous experience working in a similar resort/casino setting. Must be able to work in smoking environment. Must be proficient in computer skills, including email and excel.
