Job Title: Electronic Gaming Attendant
Job Duties: To assist Operation Manager & Supervisors when required. To verify payouts and assist in the process of payments within permitted limitations To create a warm and friendly atmosphere for the gest and team members To observe all activities in assigned area, offer assistance and advise slot players on the machine functions, pay tables and payouts To remain vigilant to security issues throughout the property To promote membership, promotional activities and property facilities To assist in ticket refilling and minor fault fixing To communicate all faults through proper channels as per company policy To ensure safe handling of money and TITO tickets are in line with company policies and procedures To work with housekeeping to ensure the slot floor is clean and neat at all times To ensure customers are well services with F&B items when requested To perform other job related duties To adhere to the regulatory, departmental and company policies To consistently provide the highest quality of service to guests To liaise with other departments to ensure guests have a pleasant visit To ensure all machines are operational and working in a correct manner To ensure all guests are greeted and responded to in a timely manner To remain knowledgeable of various property events and relaying information to guests

Qualification Requirements: Education: High school graduate or above desired. Work Experience: To have one year of pervious customer service or retail sales background. Previous work in Electronic Gaming or Casino is highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Customer interactions: To keep good interpersonal relations with guests and possess a well-groomed and professional appearance.
