Job Title: Accounting / Auditing Clerk
Job Duties: Operate computers programmed with SAGE Business Works software to record, store and analyze information. Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes. Classify, record, summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journals and ledgers or computers. Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using EFT Management and SAGE Business Works software. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Received, record and bank cash, checks and vouchers. Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, inventories, and profit and losses. Code documents according to company procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Perform other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: 1) Associate degree or higher in accounting or banking and finance required. 2)At least 4 years experience in highly responsible position. 3)Knowledge in EFT management service auditing. 4)Knowledgeable of banking and Account Clearing House (ACH) procedures. 5)Knowledgeable in Sage Software Business Works program. 6)Knowledgeable of Human Resource updates and regulations to ensure company is in compliance. 7)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Net Manage Ecco Pro, Online Tax filing and remittances. 8)Ability to maintain Accounts Receivables, Payables, Inventories and Payroll spreadsheets. 9)Must be careful, orderly and detail oriented to recognize errors on transactions. 10)Must have good communication skills especially in dealing with customers and vendors. 11)Must have strong aptitude for numbers. 12)Must pass proficiency test especially on reading and mathematics. 13)Ability to work flexible and extended hours, weekends and holidays. 14)Trustworthy, honest, efficient, effective and dependable. 15)Must have a valid CNMI drivers license.
