Job Title: Workforce Planning & Labor Optimization Coordinator
Job Duties: Manage daily operation including but not limited to Shift Allocation for assigned operation units, which may cover but not limited to Gaming Operations, Hotel Operations and F&B Operations. Communicate effectively to managers and employees on business matters. Provide support on employees enquires via phone calls and counter service. Provide operation recommendations to superior for continuous improvements.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience is a must. Bachelor degree or experience of Workforce Planning, Labor scheduling is desirable. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Computer Skill: Experience using reporting tools and deep expertise in Excel. Knowledge of Virtual Roster or Mizzisoft (Easy Roster) are highly desirable. Flexible Schedule: Able to work rotating shift and RDO (non 24 hours). Knowledge of data analysis preferred. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
