Job Title: Lead Electronic Gaming Technician
Job Duties: To plan and manage an ongoing preventative maintenance program to ensure the serviceability of all EG Machines and Table Games equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records. Maintain equipment to approved standard and schedules. To perform Slot Machine and Table Games related gaming emergency repairs and keep track of other maintenance activities in accordance with manufacture guidelines and departmental procedures. To inspect all new machines and conversions kits prior to installation onto the gaming floor. Perform Slot Machine and Table Games related equipment moves, installation and reconfigurations to the gaming floor. To complete fault database to assist in trend analysis of all related gaming equipment. To maintain security of equipment, record, locks and keys. Qualification Requirements: Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Certificate in Electronics/Electrical or engineering is desired Work Experience: A minimum of one (1) year working knowledge of the various types of slot machines and table related equipment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Computer Skill: To be able to operate a computer To have knowledge of installation and maintenance of gaming machines, table games equipment, jackpot links and gaming management systems. To have fundamental knowledge of electronics and have the ability to trouble shoot and repair integrated circuits, repair, computers, and slot related equipment is highly desired. To have knowledge of electronic casino slot & table auxiliary equipment is highly regarded. Computer Skill: To be able to operate a computer Other requirements: Able to read and interpret schematics, electric circuitry and blueprints. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
