Job Title: Driver
Job Duties: Picks up and delivers messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns. Drives associates to and from requested destinations. Delivers and collects business related errands. Takes Manager's and Associates to and from meetings. Collects and distributes mail. Picks up and drops off employees and guests to the airport and other locations. Provides passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles, and helps them with luggage. Follows relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensures that passengers follow safety regulations. Maintains records of vehicle service dates for repair and maintenance. Maintains insurance information for company owned cars. Handles vehicle maintenance. Performs routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil, and water. Operates a 7-seater van for the purpose of transporting people, materials and documents various locations. Tests vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: A few months to 1 year of work related experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
