| Job Duties: | Supervises employees engaged in serving foods in restaurants and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment. Ensures that Banquet events are running smooth and effectively. Assigns and coordinates staff to efficiently run operations of the banquet function. Coordinates set-up requirements for banquet events. Supervises service of meals. Ensure correct use of electronic point of sale devices and therefore enable correct balancing through accurate cashiering procedure. Accurately provides end of shift reports as requested. Performs Wait staff responsibilities as needed. Performs other related tasks as required. |
