Job Duties: | SUMMARY The role is responsible for providing highly responsible, confidential and complex secretarial assignments for the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary contact person for internal and external constituencies on all matter pertaining to the Executive Office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO & Managing Director including: managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondences; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, compiling documents for all meetings and transcribing all meeting minutes. • Successfully completes all aspects of critical deliverables including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondences and other tasks that facilitate the Executive team’s ability to effectively lead the company. • Prioritizes all needs and handles matters confidentially, expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on the successful completion of each project as assigned. • Serves as the Executive team’s liaison with all governmental and non-governmental agencies. • Follows up on contacts made by the Executive team and supports the cultivation of on-going relationships. • Manages all communications for the Executive team by screening calls, letters and emails and determines which require priority. • Perform other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | QUALIFICATIONS • College degree required; • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience; • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written); • Multilingual in the Chamorro, Chinese and/or Japanese or Korean languages is advantageous; • Must be willing to work flexible hours. • Must be able to occasionally travel (overnight/day travel). |
