Job Duties: | Manages and maintain company network, hardware, security and email. Oversee network, hardware and software resources. Maintain Hotel logistics systems such as Fidelio and Pixelpoint. Install and maintain LAN/WAN hardware and software technologies. Configures and install routers and switches in accordance with the company standard and topology. Troubleshoots network usage and peripherals issues, resolves connectivity issues. Troubleshoots hardware problems including software installation and virus removal. Provides solutions to customer identified problems. Supports Nortel telecommunication system. Manage hotel and other establishment's Computer and Communication resources. |

Qualification Requirements: | Any combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information engineering, computer associates or other related areas. Must have at least one to two (1-2) years working experience. Experience in all areas of local and wide area networks management and administration including system configuration, setup, troubleshooting, implementation, and user support. Experience installing and supporting Microsoft server technologies. Working knowledge of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), Internet,e-mail systems, telecommunications and data communications, standard operating systems, software packages, and software. Knowledgeable in electronics and communication systems. Must have wide knowledge and ability in repairing computers, printers and laptops. Must have knowledge in different software applications. Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting, repairing different brand and type of computers. Knowledge in detecting computer viruses. Ability to repair multiple computers and know how to assemble computer parts. Must have good communication skills and can work directly with the executive management. Work independently and as a team leader; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all those contacted during the course of work. Must be able to work a variable schedule on occasion, including early morning, evenings, and/or weekends including holidays.License to drive. |
