Job Duties: | Plan, direct, coordinate & oversees activities directly related to Scuba Diving services as well as the whole operation of the company. Formulate policies, manage daily operations. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance date to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost deduction and program improvement. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, and do other related duties. |

Qualification Requirements: | College graduate with 2-4 years work experience as General Manager of a scuba diving company. Preferably fluent in speaking, reading and writing Japanese language, to accommodate customers and vendors who are mostly Japanese. Ability to work flexible hours/shifts including weekends, nights, midnight hours, and observed holidays. |
