| Job Duties: | Maintain files on network server and backing up files for safety. Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system, and make purchase recommendations. Assist users to diagnose and solve data communication problems. Monitor computer and network system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs such as record of sales, inventory, database, and networking. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Research and provide necessary software and hardware system required by the users. Assist on electrical product sales, stocks inventory, receiving, distribution, and delivery to project sites. Perform other maintenance tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager. |
