Job Duties: | • Responsible for M&E planning of the large scale integrated project of the company, including water supply, fire engineering, and sewage treatment, etc. • Work closely with architect and relevant professionals in the building design stage for safe and efficient building services systems • Involve in project management and monitoring, including tendering process, construction process, completion acceptance, etc. • Responsible for subsequent operation, maintenance and improvement of building services systems after completion of construction • Liaise and follow up with different external parties such as professional consultants, governmental or public institutions regarding M&E planning |

Qualification Requirements: | • Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines • 10+ years of relevant experience in planning, installation and maintenance of building services systems, preferably in engineering consultancy firms or main contractors with experience in mixed use projects, luxury resort or casino hotels • Practical knowledge in structural engineering and architectural design • Work experiences in utility company (3 years) preferred • Able to work in an international team environment, i.e. able to communicate with different internal and external parties from China, US or other countries • Proactive and self-motivated, excellent work ethics • Excellent command of both Chinese and English – written and spoken is a must • Stationed in project site, frequent travelling as required |
