| Job Duties: | Duties must be performed properly and efficiently with strict adherence to company’s policies and procedures. Detailed duties include, but not limited to: • Preparing/processing rental contracts including vehicle inspection and advising customer of their responsibilities during the duration of rental agreement • Preparing/processing of closing rental contracts upon return of vehicle including physical inspection and collecting proper charges • Handling of currency by collecting security deposits; issuing proper receipts; securing daily sales at the end of work shift and submitting daily collection report and monthly reports • Following up on overdue rental and obtaining status of return of vehicle or extension including handling of customer complaints and its appropriate solution • Maintaining knowledge of lease/rental department information to act as a resource for customers requesting information • Maintaining professional appearance, greeting and assisting customers and answering incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner • Acting as a backup when another rental agent is unable to work his/her shift • Ensuring safety and service are current on all vehicles including cleaning, lubricating and detailing rental vehicles • Handling of special clerical projects, operating office equipment and training of personnel in its use and troubleshoot problems • Reporting to work on time every day as scheduled |

| Qualification Requirements: | The successful applicants must have: Detailed knowledge of Bluebird rental software; Rezpower and Rent a car Global Distribution System; in depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles; Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, a person can become a waiter or waitress even if he/she has never worked before.; Must be punctual, have interpersonal skills, must be able to effectively communicate with customers of different nationalities; and to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment |
