| Job Duties: | Duties includes coordinates orders from Drop off school, prepare complete set of meals according to orders per grade level. Monitor and implement temperature, portion requirements for the scheduled meals for deliveries. Dispatch delivery according to schedule as required by the school. Coordinate adjustment in daily orders and make sure that deliveries will be on time. Responsible for preparation of weekly packaging materials and other materials requirements needed for daily deliveries. Responsible for performance evaluation of delivery staff and have the authority to make recommendation to fire and hire employees under her jurisdiction. |
