Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Duties: Greet guests and act on inquiries from clients, guests, and to a lesser extent, the general public. Answer telephone calls and convey client and other stakeholder messages. Coordinate and confirm pre-arranged itineraries such as flight details, hotel accommodations, and other tour activity. Brief CETI China office, staff, guests, and Tour Sales Representatives on itinerary packages. Resolve customers' service or billing issues/complaints by refunding money, adjusting bills, or making special arrangement requests on behalf of guests. Update and maintain the iPlex ERP System. Provide transportation for guests to and from airport, hotel, and various locations of tour activities. Confer with clients to provide information about products or services, reservations, or hotel accommodations. Prepare tour and bus schedules and itineraries, finalize and send guest name list to hotels. Make and confirm reservations on travel, activity, and hotel accommodation for guests. Prepare guests’ tour booklet, coupons, copy of tour itinerary, and vouchers for guests and Tour Sales Representatives. Prepare bills, statements, receipts, or other documents. Oversee travel arrangements and ensure satisfactory accommodation, meals and over-all service. Assist Tour Sales Representatives on any inquiries or additional requests. Compile and maintain required company reports. Oversee activities of the Customer Service Agent’s work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. Prepare work schedules according to budgets and workloads. Provide Customer Service Agents with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided. Assist management in designing, implementing, or evaluating Customer Service Agents, training, development programs, customer service initiatives, or performance measurement criteria. Discuss work problems or grievances with management. Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Two (2) months work experience in Travel or Tour operation or sales or service based work environment. Fluent in both written and oral communication in the English and Chinese languages. Able and willing to work shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Comments: Applications may be obtained from the Front Office of Century Tours, Inc., located at the ground floor of the Kanoa Resort on Beach Road in Susupe, Saipan. Offices are open Sunday-Saturday from 9 AM-6 PM. Worker's compensation provided. Drug testing is required prior to employment.
