Job Title: | Assistant Executive Housekeeper |
Job Duties: | Assist with the development and maintenance of an Operations Manual that includes policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance. The preparation and regular update of the Housekeeping Department Budget. In cooperation wiht Director of Rooms and Executive Housekeeping-Housekeeping ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled. Check and update rooms status in the Property Management System (PMS), Print report from PMS. Input Work order to PMS and follow up and update it to the PMS. Make and check Housekeeping Room Status Report. Check all daily arrival VIP rooms, special guest rooms, long stay guest rooms and Back to Back rooms. Welcome Amenities, TA Amenities and other set up to ensure they are being appropriately set up. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and back of the house area, offices, and public area ensuring standards of cleanliness are maintained at all the time. Work closely with Front Desk Office, Engineering, F & B Kitchen Department and Pest Control outsource company to make sure that Restaurants and rooms are blocked accordingly for maintenance and treatments (pest control). Do monthly inventory which is Amenities, Mini Bar, TA Amenities, Linens and Operating Equipments. To perform other duties as assigned. |
