Job Duties: | Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, as well as enforcing nutritional standards. Maintain food and equipment inventories, as well as ensuring that all inventory records are up to date and stored properly. Keep records required by government agencies, regarding compliance and implementation of HACCP based SOPs, state health, safety and sanitation requirements. Schedule hours, assign duties, and evaluate staff. Plan menus and food utilization, based on anticipated number of people, nutritional value and costs. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety. Estimate food and beverage consumption to anticipate amounts to be purchased or requisitioned. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School diploma, vocational school training, or AA degree with at least 2 years food service management experience.
